Cotswold Homefinders was established by Helen Pickering in 2002. Helen, came from a successful career in marketing and customer service, working for a multinational company. She understood the needs of such companies when offering relocation packages to their employees and saw how time consuming and onerous it was for the Human Resources Department. With her exceptionally high level of customer service and interpersonal skills, she realised that she could offer an effective and efficient service, removing the strain from the employer and allowing them to present to their employees an attractive and hassle free relocation package.

Rebecca Garle, heads up Cotswold Homefinders. Rebecca, has over ten years experience working for market leading Letting Agencies in Cheltenham. She understands the requirements of both Tenants and Landlords and has worked closely with companies relocating employees. She has an in depth knowledge of tenancy law and is intimate with the local property market. Along side this, Rebecca, has a wealth of experience in Property Management, understanding tenants priorities on speed of repairs so that they can continue with their day to day lives without disruption or frustration.
